This Privacy Policy explains what Nexio collects, how it is used, and how users can control or delete their data when using nexioapp.org, the Nexio account portal, and related trailer playback features.

Nexio may collect account information such as email address, encrypted authentication sessions, linked integration settings, and device-level preferences needed to provide the account portal and synchronize your app configuration across devices.
If you connect third-party services such as Trakt, Real-Debrid, TMDB, MDBList, or YouTube Trailer Login, Nexio stores the minimum tokens, identifiers, or settings required to make those integrations work.
If you sign in with YouTube Trailer Login, Nexio uses your Google-issued device-code authorization only to resolve and play YouTube trailers inside the app, including trailers that require authenticated access.
Nexio does not use YouTube trailer authorization to post, upload, modify, share, or manage your YouTube account content. Nexio does not sell YouTube-related data and does not use it for advertising.
You can remove this access at any time by signing out of YouTube Trailer Login inside Nexio and by revoking Nexio access from your Google account settings.
Nexio uses collected data to authenticate users, synchronize configuration, enable linked integrations, resolve metadata and trailers, and improve reliability of the service.
Nexio may process limited technical information such as linked device identifiers, timestamps, and request diagnostics to keep the app functioning and to troubleshoot failed account or trailer flows.
Nexio shares data only with the services you explicitly connect or use, such as Google for YouTube Trailer Login, Supabase for account storage, and other integrations you enable yourself.
Nexio does not sell personal data. Nexio does not share personal data with third parties for independent marketing purposes.
Nexio retains account and integration data only as long as needed to provide the service or until you remove the linked integration, sign out, or delete your account.
Tokens used for trailer playback and connected services can be cleared from the app or portal settings. When available, deleting your Nexio account removes the related portal account data from Nexio systems.
You can choose not to connect optional integrations. You can sign out of connected services, revoke Google access for trailer login, or stop using the portal at any time.
